As the last container truck loaded with goods slowly drove out of Aojie's factory, a batch of custom-made Clothing Racks destined for Dubai in the Middle East embarked on their journey. This marked a significant step forward for our commercial props manufacturing enterprises, contributing to the upgrading of the retail industry in the Middle East.

Customers in the Middle East, especially those in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, have unique aesthetic preferences for the decoration style of retail stores - they not only seek a luxurious and grand visual impact but also have extremely high requirements for the material's heat resistance and moisture-proof performance.

Taking into account this market characteristic, Aojie's design team had in-depth communication with the customers for several months. The Clothing Racks adopted a high-gloss paint finish and were equipped with golden stainless steel borders, giving an overall magnificent style that perfectly aligns with the definition of "light luxury" and "prestige" in the Middle East market.

Furthermore, considering the hot climate in the Middle East, the Clothing Racks specially selected materials resistant to yellowing and optimized the bonding process of the glass glue to ensure that the display cabinets remained stable and durable even during long-distance shipping and in the high temperatures of the local area.

The Middle Eastern customers have very strict requirements for the construction period, as it often follows the opening date of the shopping mall. Facing the challenges of tight schedules and complex processes, the factory strictly controlled every step of production, from cutting, sanding to assembly and quality inspection. Especially in the packaging stage, to cope with long-distance shipping, vacuum sealing packaging and wooden box reinforcement were adopted to ensure that the Clothing Racks remained intact upon arrival in Dubai.
